Since August, Leon Oberrauch has taken the helm of "Le Cheval," succeeding his father. With passion, skill, and fresh ideas, he has once again earned the 3 hats, continuing the tradition of the house with a modern touch. We are proud to see "Le Cheval" maintain its excellence and creativity.
